In 2012, a long awaited dream became a reality as “Above and Beyond Just For You” opened its doors in Eastern KY. The family business, owned and operated by Howard & Delphia Lockhart, along with their daughter Susan Lockhart went from living room dreams and discussions to an actual store-front filled with creative options for any shopper.

The creativity of each of the owners affords Above and Beyond the opportunity to truly say “we are unique.” Unique in thought, design, and a keen ability to blend the old with the new is part of the reason people can expect to enter the store with a new experience each time.

The question at Above and Beyond is always, “How can we find a creative way to incorporate today’s design trends?” With the creativity and visionary skills they are constantly hard at work to bring their customers endless ideas and possibilities. No challenge is too little or small for them.

Above and Beyond is a multi-functional business where it not only operates a store-front location with gifts and other items; but with the talent and visionary skills of it’s owners is able to provide the additional services: refurbishing and repurposing of furniture, event planning/coordination, event rentals and decorations.
